Article 1. General: The owner of this website is Mineralissima, registered in Chamber of Commerce in Hoofddorp under number 34283757 . Mineralissima delivers products worldwide subject to availability. These standard terms and conditions apply to the products offered for sale in Mineralissima's online shop and by placing an order either online or by email you will automatically accept the following terms and conditions:
Article 2. Pricing: All the prices quoted in this online shop are in EURO's, inclusive of VAT and are exclusive of Postage & Packaging charges. The VAT is not applicable for orders from outside the EU and will be deducted from the price at the checkout. We reserve the right to change any price before accepting an order. You will be notified of such changes by email and a right to cancel your order. A full refund will be given to products ordered if we do not have them in stock at that moment.
Article 3. Payment: Mineralissima accepts payments by Paypal, IDEAL and payments in advance on our account. All credit card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and Mineralissima cannot be held liable for any delay or non-delivery resulting from refusal of your card issuer to pay us. Payments by bank transfer to our account should be made to Mineralissima, Postbank (ING) account number 3677793 quoting your order number.
Article 4. Delivery time and costs: Articles ordered by you will be sent to you as quickly as possible, subject to availability, by TNT Post, within five business days, after receipt of payment. The Postage & Packaging charges (ex. VAT) are as follows:

Mineralissima is not responsible for packages lost in mail if sent by mail other than registered mail.
Article 5. Return policy: After the purchase, you have a right to cancel the order within 7 days from the receipt of your order without any reason.
5.1 If you wish to cancel your order within this time period, please email info@mineralissima.com for a returns number. The product(s) should be sent, unused and in the original package to the return address of your invoice. Mineralissima is not responsible for costs or the risk of losing the goods in transit. After Mineralissima has received the returned product(s), your purchase price will be refunded to your preferred account within 14 days. Costs of returning the product(s) nor original postage costs will not be refunded.
5.2 For hygiene reasons, Mineralissima reserves the right to refuse refunding products which have been opened, used or damaged by the customer. We do not accept returns of sample sizes.
Article 6. Colour representation: We have tried to get as close to the natural color representation as we can. However, please keep in mind that all monitors and printers are different and may not show you the exact color, if in doubt please try our samples first before placing your order.
Article 7: All our sales and agreements are governed by the Dutch law.
