We understand that ordering online is incredibly easy but, also, can feel vague when it comes to shipping and return policies. At Mineralissima, our goal is to make every step as easy as possible. Below, please find:

Here are the standards for when our products are shipped and what the shipping costs are
When does a Mineralissima product ship
Once we’ve received your order and payment, the product shipment will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
If a product is not in stock (which it should say online when you’re looking to order it), we will contact you by e-mail when the product is officially on the way.
How much does Mineralissima shipping cost?
Our products are shipped as standard (non tracking) or as a package (with tracking). Based on the order amount and location, your checkout displays all available shipping methods that are suitable for your current order.
The cost of shipping simply depends on where you’re located and if your package will be shipped as standard or trackable package. A great reason to order multiple products at once will lower overall shipping costs per product. As a service orders above €55,- (Europe) / €75,00 (Rest of the world) will ship free of costs.
For all orders shipped with tracking code, you receive a link by email.

Can you return Mineralissima mineral makeup?
First, we must declare, we so hope you love the makeup and are nothing but delighted with the choice to try natural, vegan makeup.
However, if the product is UNOPENED, you may return the makeup for ANY reason at all, no prying questions asked.
Step 1; To confirm, a product can only be returned if:
- The makeup product is NOT opened
- Is a full sized-product (Sample sizes cannot be returned)
- It is sent back within 14 days of the receipt of purchase
- The product was purchased from this Mineralissima website (It can’t be from a store, salon or other place that sells our products)
Step 2; Returning your product
If your product is in original condition, you may return it to the following address

The return shipping are for your own costs, unless the product should be sent to us by an error on our part. Keep the send proof of your return properly, unfortunately we can not handle lost returns that are sent to us without proof of shipment.
Step 3; Processing of your return
Once we receive the returned product, we will check if it fits our conditions.
If the product is in good condition and unopened, we will give a full refund. Only when returning an entire order, the shipping costs are also reimbursed. Returns are processed within 10 days after receipt by Mineralissima
Exchange a product
Have you purchased a product and would you like to exchange it for something else? That is no problem. For this we follow the same steps as when returning your product. Through the shop, you can then order your desired product, which we then send to you with pleasure.
Can you cancel an order? If so, when?

Most orders ship within 24 hours, so you have the best chance of the smoothest cancellation by notifying us within 24 hours of your order.
If an order has already gone out and you still wish to cancel, you have 14 days to notify us via phone or email (customerservice (@) mineralissima.com) and, if product not opened, send the product back for a refunded return.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by contacting us via email, telephone or by canceling the placed order online. Please note that most orders dispatch within 24 hours of placing the order.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, please inform us by email or telephone as soon as possible, and we will issue a refund within 10 days once we have received the order that you have returned to us.
