Mineralissima cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (the improvement of) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your information available to third parties for commercial purposes.

This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services of Mineralissima accessible there. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 23/05/2018, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions will expire. This privacy policy describes what data is collected about you by us, what this data is used for and with whom and under what conditions, if any, this data can be shared with third parties. We will also explain to you how we use your data.

Webshop software -Magento

Our webshop is developed with software from Magento. Personal data that you make available to us for our services will be shared with this party. Magento has access to your information to provide (technical) support, they will never use your information for any other purpose. Magento is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption, a strong password policy and
secure data storage. Magento reserves the right to share collected data within its own group and affiliated partners in order to further improve its services. Magento takes into account the applicable statutory retention periods for (personal) data.

 
Webhosting - BYTE

We have chosen Byte for our webhosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of providing our services will be shared with this party. Byte has access to your information to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your information for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, Byte is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made to prevent loss of data.

 
Webhosting/Email - BYTE

We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Byte. Byte processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Byte has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Byte is obliged to maintain confidentiality pursuant to the agreement.

We use the services of Byte for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Byte does not have access to our inbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic as confidential.

 
E-mail and mailing lists - MailChimp

We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email that is sent automatically via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal information is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other Internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your information for the
further improve the service and, as part of this, share information with third parties.

 

Payment processors - Mollie

For handling (part of) the payments in our webshop we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share (anonymised) data with third parties in this context. All of the above guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than permitted by law.


Shipping and logistics - PostNL, DHL and DPD

If you place an order with us it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL, DHL and DPD to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence with PostNL, DHL and DPD. PostNL, DHL and DPD use this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL/DHL/DPD engages subcontractors, they will also make your details available to these parties.


Purpose of data processing - General purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you - other than at your request - at a later time, we ask your explicit consent. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations.
These third parties are all bound to secrecy on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.


Automatically collected data

Data that are automatically collected by our website are processed for the purpose of further improving our services. These data (e.g. your IP address, web browser and operating system) are not personal data.


Cooperation with tax and criminal investigations

Where appropriate, Mineralissima may be required by law to share your data in connection with governmental tax or criminal investigations. In such a case we will be forced to share your data, but we will oppose this within the possibilities offered to us by law.


Storage periods

We keep your data as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also take this as a forgetting request. Pursuant to applicable administrative obligations, we are required to keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable period runs.
Employees, however, no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.


Viewing, modifying or deleting data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to info@mineralissima.com. Mineralissima will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.


Cookies

On the website of Mineralissima general visiting data is recorded, including the IP address of your computer, the time of retrieval and data that your browser sends. This data is used for analyses of visit and click behaviour on the website. Mineralissima uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. This data is anonymized as much as possible and will not be passed on to third parties. You can use the pop-up message on the website to indicate what data we may use from you that we obtain through the website.

 

Google Analytics

Mineralissima uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website and how effective Mineralissima's Adwords ads are on Google search result pages.

The information obtained in this way, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to a Google server in the United States. Please read Google's privacy policy for more information. You will also find the privacy policy of Google Analytics here.

Google uses this information to track how our website is used, to provide reports on the website to Mineralissima and to provide its advertisers with information about the effectiveness of their campaigns.

Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or to the extent that these third parties process the information on behalf of Google. Mineralissima has no influence on this.

Mineralissima has not given Google permission to use analytics information obtained via www.mineralissima.nl for other Google services.
