- Choose a foundation with a reddish, rosy or a blue base if you have a cool undertone (you burn easily, go red and flushed in the sun and have blue visible veins on your wrist)
- Choose a foundation with a yellow base if you have a warm undertone (you tan easily and the veins on your wrists appear greenish)
